This game is money leeching and customer support couldn’t care about issues encountered. Also, don’t ever think you be on the top because they will merge servers periodically and your rating will drop so as to make you spend more money and then repeat the cycle again. The very top players easily spent >USD100k. This company just want your money and don’t care about players.
