This used to be an integral tool in our everyday lives, bit since it doesn’t support granting screen time on the kids PC’s anymore I have to use the website. 1 star because, sometimes it still works for the x-box and 1 star because it used to be great

The PayPal payment method is broken, the app is full of bugs. The add money feature interface is ridiculous. It's not possible to lock any device.

Everything is so confusing. Why do i need 5 different apps to do 1 thing?!

We have tried resetting everything and the settings still do not work.

This app is a very bad app for parents it doesn’t work most of the time and now I weigh 367 pounds in 1 year I recommend another app and the moderators should take it down and jump…..

So hard to use; frustrating to use as a parent. Loading gift cards and approving purchases is almost impossible. I hate the Xbox now and want to get rid if it. Something that should be so easy and simple to do is overly complicated and frustrating. My advice, don’t ever get an Xbox for your kids.

By far, the best parental controls app of all the major game consoles. we’ve used Nintendo and PS five as well, but they’re not nearly as convenient.
