Xbox Family Settings

The schedule section of the app stopped working 6 months ago and have not been able to fix it. It shows the time spend on the Xbox but will not disconnect when time has been used up.

can’t even get past login and parental control acknowledgement.

It does not synchronise with xbox, i checked all the settings, on same wifi, reset many time….

Does not work. Kids are still playing 2 hours after the time limit AND even after I paused the activity. Worse than useless.

It’s great the timer helps my son get off when it’s time too

It’s nice when it works, but doesn’t really work most of the time. Like trying to approve purchases for my kids. Nothing seems to go through or even give me the ability to approve half of the time.

Need to have a better method. That was miserable getting money on my sons account

The whole parent management concept is much more difficult then it should be. Notifications don’t come through timely, my kids are still able to buy stuff despite parent controls, it is a little disappointing.

Child entered gift card, but can’t approve purchase to let him buy the game. XBOX and Microsoft having separate parental programs that don’t seem to sync up make using XBOX a real headache over and over again.
