Bad customer service
Opened your account, ordered a card…been using your banking perfectly for just 2days, you later changed my transfer limit to £100 and I used it well….i used my card so well, now it says my account is locked…why??

They just suspended my account without any explanation. Now 10 months ago. I still have 67£ on this crap account, I think I can forget. After to my hundreds of emails finally they answered, asked me additional verifications again, what I kindly sent immediately, but nothing happened after. I still can login and see my money but I can do nothing more. The Financial Ombudsman said there is nothing to do with them. Nice 👌👍

WORST APP THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
Was required to sent ID and a photo, to open, which is standard. Received first payment, no issues. Second, didn’t spend and third was left. I transferred £100 and it worked, went to send another £50. I was told my limit was exceeded. I emailed customer service, who asked for a passport copy (again), a bank statement, a utility bill and a driving licence? To send £100? Anyway, before I got the chance my account is suspended. I don’t know what’s going on and seriously need assistance.
