مشكلة في دفع الاقساط

عند استخدام التطبيق لدفع الاقساط يوجد مشكله في التصميم لايتم سحب الشاشه لاعلي عند الوصول لتاكيد العمليه للبدء بعملية الدفع وتظل زر التاكيد مخفيه في الاسفل.

خدمة العملاء لا يردون على الاتصالات

عملت طلبية مدفوعه من التطبيق ظهرلي معاد وكان الاستلام في معاد تاني وجت الطلبيه ناقصه قطعه مدفوع تمنها واما اتواصلت تاني مع خدمه العملا كانت الردود غير مهنية وغير لائقه ولازالت المشكله قائمة رغم اتي بعت ايميلات وقدمت شكوى انا كنت بفضل اكسايت بس حقيقي خدمة عملاء سيئة

Purchase issue

Everything is good except that I can’t buy anything if i didn’t live in Kuwait, I have a lot of friends living in Kuwait I want to buy and ship to on of my friends there but I can’t. This the only problem I faced in the application.
