CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO BAD

No response on a submitted report about a wrong item delivered. It was ordered online and it was even paid for an EXPRESS DELIVERY. 🤬

Good products and lots and lots of sale items!

Overall, online shopping experience is good. The only improvement I could suggest is the delivery timing. It could have been more options and smaller time frames like 7pm-9-pm, etc since some people are still working on the 2 options they have and because of that most of the deliveries are rescheduled or even moved to weekends which takes very long when you ordered on earlier part of weekdays.

Using Xcite App

while checking items through App : - items repeated. - not stable. - many refreshing pages. - not organized.

No chatting service

I have an order and the delivery guy cant contact me... I am leaving kuwait, and I already surrendered my sim and I only have internet sim with me,... I tried to reach them to their social media accounts but still no response... I hope the delivery man find its way to me...

Im just concern when i order online they told that there is no delivery charge of 2kd and when they deliver my order they add 2 kd in the delivery....and they are not giving attention in a small order..... Excite is not following what they write in online order 😞🙄
