Doesn’t work at all

While attempting to set up a current printer for my wife, so she could use the app, the app attempted to set a password. As part of the UI, it allows the user to set their own password, rather than the suggested one. I attempted to set my own password, but it appears that when the app set the password it either use the random one it suggested or some other password. As a result, the app is useless in controlling this device. Even a factory reset does not reset or delete that custom password. I am not sure how this app made it out of QA. I still have the password. I attempted to send it to in my password manager. Not a lot of good that did me.

I was able to quickly setup my new Xerox C235 and install it on my network. The app is very intuitive and simple to navigate. I like the ability to see my toner status and easily order more. I have not needed support for my printer, but did check out the chat bot. I’m happy that I don’t need to make a phone call for basic support. Thanks Xerox. Overall, this is a great mobile app and I look forward to future updates.

Made getting my printer connected to WiFi easy.

The app guided me easily through unpack, install and setup. I really like the built in chat capability.

I just installed this and I saw my home printer and added it to my phone app by clicking on it. I could see the toner levels and other info. One thing I liked was that I could send myself the print drivers and they had the IP address built in. Made it easy.
