This app is trash needs work can’t do anything on it only direct u to your web page when trying to pay bill

This app runs slows and the payment system never works. Wish I could give it zero stars.

You’ll pay for it and the wifi will only reach so far in your house. Just get t-mobile there internet cost more but it’s reliable

The ap crashes as soon as I open it. My phone is perfectly fine, not low on storage or bad service. This the only app that crashes. Do you guys ever update or fix glitches? I havent been able to pay my prepaid internet in months without calling. I hope the developers read feedback and fix it. A lot of other reviews are complaing of the apps issues and glitches.

I would give this app zero stars if I could. I can never log into my account via the app or the website. Every time I try it just says loading. Please do something about this as it’s been happening for way too long now.

I’m having trouble signing into the app I’ve tried everything it won’t work

Been trying to refill my service but keeps giving me a blank screen. 4 days no service and I have never had a problem in 3 years.

After spending 6 hours trying to pay, I understood that saving 2% on credit card proceoand send customers to dealers, to avoid paying fees is just plain wrong, I hope the FCC investigates, false claims of been able to pay, to send us to storefronts, just say that upfront!!!

I have moved to another city and I wanted to change my information. I attempted to follow their attempted to follow their choices as best as I could. Either the choice would not solve my issue or they wanted me to purchase something. When I tried to backtrack I was kicked out of the App. and I had to reenter to get back to the App. There is no help and no human to understand a simple change.

App Store should just remove this, it does not work and has not worked in a very very long time. Save your time and frustration and pay your bill online.
