i wish u add arabic languag for your app you have 2 branches in arabic gulf... please add arabic in your next update

Design is nice, catchy looking app, easy to use with absolutely no value what so ever. A waste of time, can not reach server, can not load flights, can not register or even create an account. Really disappointed... This app was nothing but a waste of 5 minutes.

They do not honor contracts . Buyer beware!!!

We had a flight where the plane never arrived. Customer service told us the plane was there. They did nothing for us. Basically they made us wait another day to fly out. Private flying this expensive should have a lot better customer service

There is no way in the app to turn off marketing push notifications so prepare yourself to be inundated with ads. Turning off push notifications all together is also a non-starter since you need them to snag a seat on a flight. i’ve even attempted to contact the company about this issue but received no response.

They aren’t what they appear. They will nail you with membership fees and extract the money you put in. Total lack of customer support, billing and contract transparency!

Better more reputable companies do your research. Wouldn’t risk flying XO not worth it. And they are double the price than other shared chargers

This is extremely convenient when you need to get to a place quickly but the app is extremely difficult to navigate. You select departure and destination airports and you get a bunch of prices on a bunch of days. When you select one both the destination and departure airports are completely different, sometimes 50 miles from your originally selected airport . I wish they would stop that.
