Needed app

I needed an app just like this, actually i am a monthly traveler and by far jet smarter is the best and i dont think that there is better.

Worst service ever

I have used jet smarter in Saudi Arabia and it is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Flights are always blocked if you are a weekly traveler. Cancellation fee is double first class ticket and if you are a business traveler you know you will always needs to change your flights based on meetings. You can’t change a flight time once you book it. You have to cancel the flight, pay very expensive fees and the book another one. I have been asking about the subscription cancellation policy for 7 months now and no one responded. I send emails, messages and I have called everyone I can reach there and all of them tell me they will get back to me but no one does (I have records of these attempts). It will be much expensive to book business flights all year round than to subscribe to jet smarter if you take into consideration the cancellation fees you will pay and the times you will need to book regular flights cause jet smarter is fully booked (i’m a weekly traveler but I can only book bi-weekly cause it is always full)

انا ماجربته الحقيقه لكن حملته ودخلت لقيته باللغه الانقليزيه كله اول ماشفته كذا طلعت من البرنامج اتمنى ان يضيفون اللغه العربيه لخدمة الطرف الثاني وشكرا .

It can be improved much more. However it's at least free of bugs and functioning.

اللي يسأل زي احمد انهم ما يرسلون كود تفعيل للجوال جربت مع موبايلي اكثر من مرة ولا نفع ومع stc وبنفس اللحظة جاني كود التفعيل اما شركة زين ما اعرف لكن بنفس الوقت ما راح تستفيد من الخدمة ولا راح يحطونلك جداول الرحلات الا اذا اشتركت معهم قيمة الاشتراك 30,000 الف ثلاثين الف وبالتوفيق للاغنياء

I don't get activation code

I have tried to register for more than five times and I didn't get The activation code to active my Account
