Please fix app NOT receiving Notifications, this app needs updating

Seems with new updates no notification to phone. App hasn’t been updated in 3 years!

Total waste of time and money if you’ve brought a device that requires this app return it It won’t work and if it does….. it’s very very temperamental

Notifications do not come through and all notifications are enabled. Pointless having a camera when it doesn’t tell you when it’s ringing

So rubbish Records until midday and that’s it. It also records wind but could not record a theft outside my house. What a knock off doorbell just stick with RING

Camera is brill no problems what’s so ever but do you do a cloud service

The notification sound needs to be changed, missed countless door rings because the sound is just like an email notification. Either be able to change the sound in the app or settings would be helpful. Otherwise not a bad app👍🏻

The app works but there is plenty of room for improvement. When going back on the recorded captures, you can move it to a specific place and jumps either way to far back or way to far forward. Would love to be able to have a bit more accuracy. The delay is awful, think it’s about 3-5 seconds before you can get to the live feed, times even longer and when you have someone at the door, these seconds count. My doorbell is not that far from my wifi router but yet only displays 1 bar of connectivity? You can’t seem to make contact with the developers through the app (would be much easier to do this, than emailing when you may not have that email to hand).

Virgin has upgraded my wi Fi and the cam has stopped working, can the frequency be changed to accommodate 5g ?.

Everytime i have to charge the battery it is asking me to begin pairing again. It then will not allow me to do this and i have to delete the app, re-download it and start all over again.
