The app is not working the doorbell useless. I'm returning my doorbell. Never worked correctly from the beginning and stop completely. Horrible and wasted of time.

I would not connect. What is wrong with it.

I have earlier versions with two batteries that work, but are very glitchy. I bought a new one through Walmart and never get the blue light, despite it seeing the sound wave to 100%. It will never give a blue. Got fast, Internet and quality high-speed modem set onto 2.4.we’ve done everything as you know. You guys need to step up. We’re tired of all this cheap Chinese junk, polluting our landfills and draining our banks…

Had this since 2021-all the sudden it disconnected from my WiFi and stopped sending push notifications. Got connected back to WiFi but still no push notifications

Doesn’t work more 90% of the time, problems and more problems that all you get with useless app. App don’t work, so the door bell is useless as well.

I got a new phone and now it doesn’t work. I go to pair it and it knocks me off the site every time. And yes I have it on 2’4 ghz. I guess I’ll throw it out and by a real doorbell camera like a Ring.

But the voice does not come on camera won’t come on

I have a memory card in the slot. It used to record. I do not know why it is no longer recording sd or hd video.

I’ve had this camera for 2 years now. Camera constantly disconnects. I unplugged it yesterday to recharge. Now camera doesn’t work at all. Have no way to contact support on the app. Need info on how to get in contact with someone to help solve the issue
