This app does not work. I used to be able to check on my customers, now it doesn’t even load.

I very rarely can get the app to open. Goes to the app, but will not open. Not happy with the app at all.

Often glitches and won’t open

Every time I install the app it opens one e however I have to keep uninstalling it or it won’t load

If I were to take this business as my only form of income using this app that is supposed to make things better I’d be broke. This app never works for me. I am totally unsatisfied.

The login screen goes white and nothing happens. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it back multiple times. Turned my iPhone off and on. Gone to the app in my settings and turned things off and on. It’s such a shame. Because I was able to go on the app months ago and I really liked it.

I am a new affiliate and I am not able to open the app 99% of the time. The few times it has opened allowed me to see what a great app it is. It won’t go past the open screen. A couple of times it went to an all white screen. That’s it. I have also deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I have an iPhone and an iPad, same issues on both. I messaged Customer Service and have not received a response. I work from my iPad so I’ll be very upset if this can’t be resolved.

I just re signed up as an affiliate after being gone for almost 2 years. I had to sign up with a new link and couldn’t use my old one. The link to share in my app is the old one instead of my new one. Messaged support and they said everything looks fine on their end even though I sent them screenshots of what my app is showing. They said don’t use my phone, to use my computer. So needless to say, no help from support to get it fixed. I don’t have a personal computer and run my entire affiliate business from my phone. So not really thrilled about not having the correct updated information in my app.

I’ve turned off my phone too. It came back up a couple of times. However, now it just stays on the opening screen and nothing happens. It’s very frustrating because it was a really helpful and well designed app. Please look into this problem. I always keep my iPhone up to date. I can’t understand the issue.
