For some dumb reason i am locked from my account simply because my old phone was stolen. I tried to login from my new phone I know the email and password however yahoo does not give you the option (ever) to enter you password which defeats the whole point of having one in the first place. Instead yahoo only gives the option to send a text message to a number i no longer have access to. I spent hours online with customer care and with the AI helpline which was useless.
Yahoo has been a great way to communicate,and best of all it is free of charge.
The ads bother me
