I downloaded this app for my genshin impact(game) Facebook log in since my mom used my yahoo account to create my Facebook. Hoyoverse said that they will send a verification code to my email to confirm that it is me who is logging in to my genshin impact account which is my yahoo account but my mom said she hasn’t open my yahoo account or email for a long time and it was in her old device so decided to download this app(yahoo mail) I tried to log in I putted my yahoo gmail name and my password but when I clicked the button to log in into my email it said that they could not find this account I was confused because I putted my yahoo account name and password correctly so I tried making an new account using the exact same account name and password I added my number and it showed me an verification thing to prove that I’m not a bot so I did it and then after that it said they cannot make an account right now I tried it again and it kept on saying the same thing so I decided to try it again the next day which is today but it keeps on saying the same thing no matter how many times I do it again. Yahoo please fix this problem I need my genshin impact account back I’ve been playing that game for almost 3 years and it is the main thing that makes me happy when I discovered that I cannot log in it made me feel down and all I can think about is my genshin account. I cannot just let go everything I did in genshin if I don’t log in back then it was just a waste of almost 3 years of playing that game. Please do the best you can I will also send a review or contact hoyoverse if they can reamove the verification code thing. Thank you.

Im tryin to open my email on another device but still no receiving any verification code. There is no chat support to assist. Not sure if yahoo still cares on its users.
