Yam Display

We all know how precious desktop space is and I had a large monitor being used as the display screen as when my Mac displays PowerPoint it takes up 2 screens. So I was really pleased to find that I can use my iPad or my iPhone as my second monitor and recover all that space by using YAM

Wow! I can use my old ipad air (first gen) as a second monitor for my mackbook pro. I can go anywhere and I have a 2 display setup! With the usb c connection, no problem. Very responsive!

It is awesome to use iPad gen3 for sub display with MacBook Pro 2012. Both of so old bodies , but I don’t wanna throw to garbage. I decided use after few hours. For YouTube, just display website, text. It’s enough for me!

Works great in theory, but after a few minutes bogs my mac down incredibly by giving 310% stress on CPU through the process "vtdecoderxpcservice". This makes the fans run loud, causing lag and making a workflow impossible. Also don't bother going above 1366x1024 resolution as it will just be very laggy, so you can't even utilize the iPad's full resolution. I wouldn't even care much about resolution but the fact it takes an incredible amount of processing power to run doesn't make it practical.

For the low price of 7.99you can make an iPhone iPad and other iOS devices and even android devices a duel monitor to your computer!!!!!! Its nucking futs I love it highly recommend.

I have bought a second monitor and it stop working after a week so I had to find a alternative solution, so I have found this app so I can use my iPad as a second screen and it works flawlessly. I am so happy about this app. More cheaper than a second screen monitor
