Positively the best for all languages I needed to translate
Others would far more often have something nonsensical, awkward or incoherent in the translated text. This was never more true than when Russian was translated. The new (?) ability to live-translate a page of text and then save the text for editing is stunning. I know of no other iOS app that can do this. The page can be less than flattened out to scan and 100% accuracy can occur. Wow, simply the best.

Google Translate? 80/100. Yandex attains what Google cannot and that is the nuance of well-read native speakers and translates that to/from. Google does not have that ‘expert system’ syntactic experience; Yandex gets close to 💯. No expert system technology as applied to the fluidity of human expression will ever get close until an actual artificially intelligence (note: intelligen CE not intelligen T ) comes online as is profuse as a smart phone application. Literally the only app whose update notes you could read for fun. On a more serious note, it helped a great deal when this hopelessly illiterate traveller visited Vladivostok.
