It takes lot of time for entering details, at the end it resets everything for price check. The coupon keep expiring in few minutes before one can use.

Awful app
Most support functions don’t work. For example, if you try “talk to us”, it tries to send an otp and then fails to send it and then basically the customer gets no help.
Horrible app and horrible company
horrible app horrible company. The rewards program Yatra cash is trash. Just use different providers. Tye airline refunded the amount but yatra won’t pay me I sent email but it seems lost I wonder how this company is in business
None to help with booking issues
No customer service to help I made a booking, money got deducted but did. It receive any booking confirmation.
Worst App
Confirmed hotel booking, reached hotel and hours says it’s over booking. No possible option to reach support. Very disappointed with yatra
Worst customer service and Rescheduling service
I have booked a flight from India to US and want to reschedule it but there is no response at all from the customer service at all and I am left hanging by their terrible service. It’s been a week and my issue still is not addressed.I would highly recommend everyone to book through the airline directly than resorting to poor service providers like Yatra .
Scam
Never ever use yatra for any booking. In simple word they would scam you anytime. We booked hotel using yatra app and when we went to the booked hotel we found that there were no booking. We lost our all money. Since this is scam yatra should refund full money but instead they are not giving any response.
Lots of hidden charges
They are showing like deals but when we check directly on the air or hotel websites they are giving better, the service charges are too much and over cancellation charges though airlines giving full refund.

Can’t setup Acct from USA since mobile OTP authorization doesn’t work! Really frustrating.
