DO NOT GET THIS APP! I have cancelled the service as I no longer have a camera but I am still getting charged and it won’t stop charging me! I consider this APP fraudulent until I get a refund of the 2 charges you just took out of my account. Not happy nor impressed!!

I’m somewhat happy with the app. It takes a little to load the app and open. Pic is good. Actions are a little slow. 5/10

Rubbish
App doesn't open, so frustrating
App keeps crashing no help from developer
This app keeps crashing on iPhone, constantly have to delete and reinstall the app for it to work, no access to help, would not recommend this at all, hopefully gets fixed soon as will have to get another camera that actually works
Stuck on main screen
The app stuck on logo screen, i can not delete and reinstall as I am overseas. Installed it to keep an eye on my premises but i guess it was just a wastage of money and time. Frustrating ffs fix it.
Has stopped working
The app shows adds before loading my cameras If no adds load then you can’t see your camera, not much use
Goes offline everyday
I’ve been using this camera just over a year now - it’s been fine, I liked it. Now it goes offline every single day I try to check my dogs I leave at home, from my work. Which means clearly I can’t see anything until I get home and connect it again at home where my dogs are. What is the point to have this camera if I can’t see anything and pay for the subscription. And so fuss that I have to take a ladder to climb up on and take the camera off the ceiling and re connect all over again every day!!!
Yet there’s no way I can contact their customer service/help centre to ask for the advice because there’s nowhere I can contact to.
I just have paid for a year only a month ago. What a waste of money!
It’s now useless
Won’t work unless update is downloaded, but fails to download each time I try. Have tried emailing them for help but had no response. So I can’t use it…
