Dropped calls, bad line, unclear communication. I would never recommend this app to anyone that wants to use it for their business. As we speak, I’ve not been able to call for the past two days.

App crashing on iOs 16.1 after new update

Yeastar linkus on ios 16.1 , crashes as soon as the app opens. I have experienced this issue on multiple ios devices since this morning.

The app is still ringing on your iPhone, AFTER YOU FINISHED THE CALL ON THE DESK PHONE 😳🤣😂😂😳🤣😂🤣😂🤣until you answer the ( dead/finished) call on your iphone, it wont stop when you answer the desk phone, so when you are at your desk you basically HAVE TO ANSWER VIA THE IPHONE, or you will have to answer the iphone in anycase to stop the einginh after hou ended the desk phone call, the desk phone rung twice before the app starts ringing ( we have fibre internet, so that should be fast enough) 🤔 The switchover/ answering isnt smooth, there is a pause, where you cabt hear the other person or they can not hear it, and when it is a external call from /via the switchboard operator , there is also a waiting before the external call goes live in your ear/ a few dead seconds where the other person can not hear you The area above the keypad, where the number is that you are dialling could also be larger, so that it is easier if you want to paste a number in there that you want to call

Ever since lockdown I been working from my device and calls transferred using this app as mandatory from my employer, I must say the app is great to work with

Calls are missed because push service is not working again. It was working perfectly before the update.

Desk phone and mobile phone set to ring simultaneously. Most of the time after picking up the desk phone to answer a call, the mobile phone continues to ring as if the call hasn’t been answered at the desk phone. Sometimes the mobile phone will ring minutes after a call has stopped ringing on the desk phone. If you answer the call then on the mobile phone it is just empty, as the call has already been terminated.
