Prices have gone up ridiculously and portion sizes are quite smaller! I’m about to quit having delivery but our delivery guy is very nice and is always cheerful! Jarod is the reason we continue with your company!

It seems as though they are going downhill, we have been ordering from them for the pass three years , when we order we don’t get everything, and the prices are getting ridiculous . They are going to UPS for shipping now, they used to have there own trucks if you wanted something else they would just pick it for you from the truck , and now they want to charge for delivery, it’s to bad because they have some very good tasting stuff. I’m done
It is impossible to actually talk to a live person and they never get back to you. Since it became Yello I am going to stop ordering. Their customer service is horrible!!!
This was confusing and difficult placing my order. This could very well be my last order even though I love the products! I will miss my texts reminding me when you would be in my neighborhood!FDink
over priced and change was bad but now i get spam for weeks daily promo. i order 1000s two times a year since cv19 but yelloh raise prices took rewards and YELLOH is not special now instacart exist and is crazy prices and stupid name as they scared yelloh to answer calls
This is as bad as it gets, they do not answer phone calls anymore and refer you back to a contact sheet that I filled out a week ago and have heard nothing. They stopped delivering and decided to go UPS with dry ice….. No thanks Tried that once with another company and it was terrible. Deleting app
Why would I order on line for shipments?? Had this service with great drivers that delivery to my home for 25 years! I will miss my Schwan’s now Yellow truck.
My order never arrived. 30 hours late now still haven’t heard anything. I cannot get a hold of anybody. The help phone number keeps sending you back to the frequently asked questions. Except for the one question I have, How do I talk to a real person. Horrible service!
This whole new thing you’re trying to do I believe will backfire. Not only changing the name from a well known and recognized one to one that doesn’t make any sense. No personal service at the door. No wonder you’ve lost so many employees. Now if I want someone to stop I have to respond to a text? How tacky. I’m pretty much finished with whatever it is you’re trying to achieve. You have totally missed the mark. By the way what the heck is Yelloh? Just dumb. Sorry. I’ve been a long time customer but I think im at the end of even caring. Good luck. I feel bad for your employees.
My eyesight is dim and I do need help ordering online trying to learn a better way because I do love your products thank you very much
