Completely unreliable
Used this when in Sofia in June 2024. Compared to apps like Bolt and Uber this service is erratic at best. You are left waiting while the app searches for drivers. Drivers reviewed our trip and declined them 50% of the time. At one point this led us to flag down a yellow cab which then over charged on the meter and also gave us change in a Serbian currency which was very similar to LEV but of much less value. All taxi services in Sofia are not to be trusted. But if you can get an official car from Yellow then usually it can be relied on. A good alternative is the public transport system which is terrific!!
