Labai prasta kokybė. Aš turiu tik anglišką telefoną, jų pagalbos telefonas neveikia su užsenietiškais tel, man visi vw up atsirakina, bet neužsiveda, dėl šios bėdos jau keturi kartus informavau, nieko nepataiso. Tuomet negrąžina pinigų už savo klaidas, kažkokius tik kuponus, nors pasaugos nesuteikia. Taip pat support nenaudingas. Labai nerekomenduoju, prasidėjo sparkas gerai, dabar labai prasta kompanija… sugaištu daug laiko
Am făcut abonament și după 1 săptămână au micsorat zona de acoperire în Sectorul 1 peste noapte. Practic nu mai pot folosi acest serviciu.
It asks me to register instead of signing in and when I try to register again it says that the email is already used. Customer support only offers a premium phone number I cannot call so I left without a transport when it’s needed
My account has disappeared and I cannot login to the app anymore!!!! I even tried creating a new account, this does not work either… Absolute joke, and this is on top of the not so good prices… I was a supporter for the greener way of travelling, but not with Spark it seems
I’m a Bulgarian citizen (EU citizen) who lives in the UK, therefore, I have a British driving licence. I go back to my country twice a year and would like to use Spark. However, I always get discriminated by this company because of my driving licence…

Extremely awful customer service. Hard to find the words how disappointed I am from interacting with their team. The app and biz model fine (copied from already existing such) but the staff are so bad that it makes it all pointless. I HOPE a competitor comes up so that I never interact with them again.
It’s a great away to get around and it’s very easy to operate with. But the company charges you randomly even after you’ve finished the trip. And it’s not small amounts - it’s approx 150bgn. They’re always trying to trap you so they can get extra money out of you. Even if you email them, they’ll say they’re investigating the issue and try take money out of your card without telling you
This app is fantastic. Love that it’s all electric cars in the fleet. Only complaint is that payment at sign up should come as the last step, not before ID check.
Sign up process takes your details, payment card details Then it takes a payment And only then does it verify your driving licence But if your country is not on the list it is only at this point that you find out. Too late-the payment has been taken Bad design..get a taxi.
