Hi there! You still have problems on checkout with foreign cards. Voucher still "expires" even if transaction failed. And now you can't choose a tip, cause then your payment method fails. These are the problem since 2 yrs ago😅 Honestly, guys, what do your dev and QA teams do?

The only way to sign in the application is to have a Turkish phone number. Great approach for all tourists!

After order they take money and order dont shown on the app and dont arrive then no answer and no comeback money

Constant problems with delivery. No refunds even if they cancel the order themselves (when the restaurant closed)

If you come on holiday to Turkey and want to order food delivery to your home, then with this application you will remain hungry. I don’t understand why the developers made it so that you cannot pay with any card from any other bank except Turkish? I have tried more than 7 cards from different banks that I have and none of them work. In order to order breakfast, do I need to go to the bank to get a Turkish card? At this point the developers did something very stupid. You can't even pay in cash. Not to mention that you will still have to suffer in order to register in this application, because it also does not accept phone numbers from other countries and does not work on iPhones that were not purchased in Turkey. bravo 👏

I will only talk about the app itself, not the service here, though the service could have been better as well. First of all, it’s really slow and resource hungry, if you got an older phone like an iPhone 8 or older your phone will also overheat like crazy. As for the UX, it’s all ridden with ads and sudden popups and floating buttons, it’s a mess and the only reason I keep using it it’s because there are no better alternatives. To make things worse it’s all buggy as well. Sometimes you just can’t make an order, sometimes it’ll sign you out of your account for no reason, sometimes you’re done with the cart and you notice all of your payment options are suddenly gone, so you’ll have to - guess what - sign out and login into your account again. I also don’t recommend you applying the discount voucher before you’re absolutely done with the cart because if you mess with it the app will eventually say the voucher has been used out so no discount for you. It really is a bad experience - and I’m only talking about the app itself here.

In Antalya, goods from orders are stolen. Customer support doesn't help you at all. be careful
