Too many payment issues

Lacosta21 on

App is still really buggy, constant issues with making payments on it. I can try everything and always get an error and constantly have to restart my phone because the App freezes. Great idea, just needs a better tech or QA team.

Very dishonest

Arod116 on

I was approved and told I would get a virtual card right away. That was the first lie. I never got a virtual or physical card. Customer support just gave me the run around. After almost 2 weeks of no answers, money or anything. I cancelled my account. I just hate how they wasted my time for nothing.

Not impressed

Kamie j on

Getting the card and funds was not an issue. However I paid it off and getting the title back has been a mess. They won’t tell me anything on it or a timeframe or anything about the title other then that’s the title department and we can’t tell you where the title is or a timeframe of when you might get it back.

My favorite card

Love it. Came in clutch when I needed it most. No issues fast approval. No long wait times virtual card was ready from the jump!

Terribly unintuitive and inaccurate

Pirate Lawyer on

Absolutely everything from charges to refunds to preauthorization appears as a charge. You can’t tell much of anything used from this app.

this is the best company i have dealt with. unlike a title loan this company provides a credit card and it is revolving if you want or you can pay it off all at once. low monthly payments. they ALWAYS work with you. today i spoke with Christopher for his assistance with my account, and he was amazing!!!

Avoid

Avoid unless you want to lose your car. Their communication is terrible

Dont expect cash access AT ALL with virtual card

cash advance does NOT work, despite advertising that it will work from the moment you get your virtual card activated. I can’t even get the card to go through for a normal Amazon.com purchase. there is a new FAQ added that is supposed to explain how to extract cash advance from virtual card, and all it says is to use the apps that we already knew would be the only way to send cash to friend and family or to yourself. my choice is always Apple Pay but when trying to add cash to my account the card isn’t even showing as available to use. when I try Apple Cash for a purchase online, it’s a guaranteed decline, same with PayPal. PayPal is a little different in that the card will show up as available to use to send money to someone but when you push send, it’s declined and you’re forced to add a new card. I hope you’ll look into this for me, I chose your product over the standard title loan (where they were gonna give access to 50% of the trade in value: $4800), Yendo appears to use a formula that offers you closer to 10% of vehicle value for credit limit. so if the car is worth less than $5k don’t apply as they have a minimum credit limit of $500. Other things you aren’t told until after you’re done and have accepted the card (you only get 50% of line for cash advance which is fine but you only get half of your lowered credit limit for cash advances until they have your title, once they get your title the conditions just changed from 24 hours to 7-10 days for them to fix the credit limit on your card. which makes this a great card for anyone except they type of consumer that has to use a title loan, these are folks that are desperate for thr cash immediately, not in 10 days after the 3-5 it takes fedex to deliver your title them. the idea is fantastic, but until Yendo can start to make their promises a reality, i would not use them if i could start over. my card has had $48 spent on it, the total amount that I authorized is 13.55; for my cell phone bill (only option to pay was using my carriers online terminal to enter card info and process) Apple Pay, PayPal, cash app, and Venmo are all out, meaning the card is going to decline 100% of purchase attempts and definitely cash advance attempt. when using send cash to someone the card goes dormant so that u know not to try to use it. title loan = emergency = money today = NOT YENDO, AT LEAST NOT YET. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN GET THE ISSUES FIXED WHERE THE CARD IS HAVING ISSUES. ENSURE PEOPLE HAVE FULL ACCES TO ANY CASH

Thieves

They make you send in pictures of your title, car, odometer, etc, the you send your title to them by FedEx. When they get confirmation that FedEx has scanned the shipping label they provide, they make $200 available to you in your virtual card. For some reason, FedEx takes forever to deliver to Yendo. When they do get your title, suddenly it’s “we need 24-48 hours” to process. No, you need maybe 2 minutes to review a piece of paper that you already reviewed during the application and prose a button to make the rest of the funds available. As so as you point this out, their CS not goes into a never ending loop of asking you if there is anything else you can do. They have no one actually providing CS. I was watch of needing to send my title. Should have just taken a bit more time and found a local brick and mortar shop that would have been less hassle than Yendo.
