This is the best data app to travel with because: 1- Unlike some other apps you only have to install the esim once regardless of how many plans you buy later. 2- Your data can be carried over from trip to trip when you're on pay as you go. 3- When on pay as you go and with the same esim you get data from one country to other countries. 4- You can still buy a timed data package like other esim apps but with esim your installed esim still works. 5- The yesim prices beat many carrier's roaming packages. In my family were have all used yesim for several trips and it's always installed and enabled on our phones and it's set to automatically switch to yesim data when we're in a roaming some. All of us are using our data during trips exactly as being home without compromise.

Extremely unreliable

Yesim worked great when I first started using it then all the trouble started after a few weeks. Mobile data wouldn’t work at all when I needed it the most. This occurred several times where I needed data and it just wouldn’t connect to a network. Last time this happened I had to literally search for a public wifi spot just to call a ride home. Tried restarting the phone, entering airplane mode then disconnecting etc. Had enough after it stopped working for the 4th time in time of urgent need. Gonna explore other competitors now.

Use referral code FWEE754 for initial credits. I've been using yesim for travel for a few years now. We're using it on the phones for the whole family and with the pay as you go option we all use our phones abroad just like home because the prices are so low. Unlike other esim apps where you need to buy a package that expires on a set date, with yesim you keep your ycoins and can use them in your next trips. Some people have left negative reviews but there are very detailed troubleshooting tips in the app that work offline as well as online. Best recommendation is to set up your yesim app and enable it before your trip while you're still in your home country and get familiar with your phone's settings before you're away which will ensure you're set when you're away.

Difficile à configurer

Il n’est pas toujours facile de se brancher au wifi en arrivant dans un pays afin d’activer la esim. Et ensuite viens le problème de configuration. Malheureusement, je n’ai jamais réussi à l’utiliser et il ne semble que ça a ralenti ma carte SIM que j’ai dû utilisée
