Service doesn’t work.
This is the second time I’m having issues when I’m in a new country and I purchase a plan from Yesim and it doesn’t work: Plus no one to talk to in customer service. I’m not a happy customer.

I purchased a data plan and it was not activated. My service would not work until I purchased another data plan.

Useless
In Tunisia, had 1 bar of 3G or no coverage at all. Couldn’t open a single webpage or app all day. In a major city. Sending this review via hotspot from another phone with coverage
A total scam
This yesim is a total scam. They show cheap esim data options but in reality, they don’t have their own network, they give you an esim without a number that connects to a random network and that's it. You won’t be able to browse the internet or anything. And their support is non-existence. They just ruined my trip and Won’t recommend them to even my worst enemy.
Good travel option
We purchased this whilst in Australia before heading to the UK, I activated it when we arrived and it worked perfectly. After a couple of weeks we went to Europe (Paris) and although it connected I couldn’t get any data, I contacted support when we got to the hotel at 10pm and they had the problem solved within 30 mins ready for the next day, there was an issue with automatically selecting the network. The only issue was the data connection sometimes stalled in my apps, I am not sure whether it was the sim or simply my phone. It wasn’t a big issue and a simple restart of the app usually fixed it. We were never without data to navigate whilst abroad which is the most important thing.
