No Tracking-parcel always late.. No easy way to get help or talk an agent. They make it hard for you to contact them. Its been more than a month and i still didn’t receive my order

I love the products they have and I’ve ordered 3 times from them but it’s always horrible experience with the delivery, even when I choose items that have 1-2 days maximum shipping time. If you don’t mind waiting a month or more for your package then you can use it. I’m switching to StyleKorean, there are some brands they don’t have but the experience is so much better.

As a first time customer who paid over $157 for items that were all advertised to be delivered within two weeks and were all in stock when I purchased and paid for them, I cannot express how much I am disappointed and questioning whether the positive reviews are real! Because, My order was placed almost two weeks ago and the status still appears as “processing”. I got no tracking number whatsoever. I emailed the customer service and got no proper response explaining why the delay is happening. I tried their live chat and got answered by a chat bot claiming that one of the items I paid for is not in stock and that I should expect the order to be DISPATCHED, not DELIVERED, after one more week. There’s no option to cancel the order or at least the missing item to speed up the shipping process, and there’s ZERO communication on the customer service side. I don’t know if I will ever receive my order. I hope that they do or at least refund the money of they won’t. And I honestly wish that they work on their communication to put their customers’ mind at ease instead of ignoring them.

Ordered for the first time out of curiosity whether the site is a scam. Before confirming my order, it states 10-14 days estimated date of delivery, it's been more than 14 days since I've placed my order yet I still haven't received the tracking number or the status update of my order. I've been contacting the customer service and all I get is a freaking bot and waiting status to no avail. I've sent them an email as well and miraculously there's still no reply. Haha. Current status of my order? I have no idea... we'll stick to iHerb when it comes to skincare.
