Shipment Last for more than 1 month
Its my second time ordering un YesStyle, I am aware that I have 2 items in my order that says “21 days usually ships” but until today October 12,2024 I haven’t received my order which was placed last Sept 7,2024. I contacted them after 21 days but they said that the 2 items still pending from the supplier and they gave me options(Sept 30,2024) to cancel the 2 items and proceed with the remaining items. I told them I waited for 21 days and you are telling me to cancel my order. Then, today I emailed them that if you cannot deliver my order can I cancel my whole order and I will just place a new order. Reymar G. told me it’s not possible to cancel once the order is placed. Like seriously? why you giving me option last sept 30,2024 to cancel the 2 items from my order if you’re telling me once placed it cannot be cancel? Is this how YesStyle works? Only YesStyle has the policy that once placed it cannot be cancel. Amazon, Noon, Mood Arabia, Look Fantastic & iHerb does not have like this policy. This is absurd! Worst platform ever. I will never ever order here and I will tell my friends not to order here again because the delivery time is forever! More than 1 month already but my order still not shipped!
