Had it on the charger for a couple days and it seems to only work on the charger so I just use it as a regular picture frame

Went Offline & Now Useless
The product worked for approximately 5 months then went offline & cannot be remotely reset, not even a factory reset, which defeats the purpose of having the product.
Not working
It finally worked last night after trying to configure it for 2 days. Not working again this morning. Just a revolving circle and then timeout. I’m returning this faulty equipment.
