The YI Life App is the home for all your YI Life Cameras, and it is intuitive and easy-to-use. The YI Life camera can be easy to added with the simple onscreen instructions in the App, so that users will know 24/7 live view of their home, from anywhere.

Once the unusual activity is detected, the user will receive the alert notifications from the App. The 6-second clips triggered by motion or sound will on the alert page when check out alert videos. The YI Life is multifunctional, including set motion tracking, camera settings, alert frequency, access your YI Cloud, etc.

Why can't I log in all the time and keep telling me to log in again? Please improve the problem

No notifications on iphone

After last update, notifications dont appear on my iphone. Previously was working fine.

4G takes a long time to load

using 4G to load is a disaster. Whenever I’m outside(where WiFi is not available) it’s impossible for me to look from the cctv then what for to put one at home?

Can’t listen to voice when connect to air pods pro

Hi, before the previous apps upgrade no issue when connecting to air pods pro. Recently these past few months I am not able to listen to voice whenever connect to air pods pro. I am sure I am not the only users impacted. Appreciate if could look into this ASAP. Thanks!

Useless APPS

Force to buy the could service only can view th complete video . CCTV unit is meaningless even have SD card!!! Better abort it and buy another brand CCTV unit .

Cloud storage

I really like the cloud storage system. Very convenience.

Notification

Didn’t receive notification after update the new apps, pls rectify

Noise

Camera quality is very poor. Lots of noise on display with the new app. Old Yi camera has no such problem for all 5-6 years of using. New app also have problem loading history

Download Video but no sound record

In apps watch replay got sound, but once downloaded the video become no sound
