Suspended account problems with no warning Yoco decides to suspend my account with no reason given when I try to chat online I keep getting an automated artificial intelligence when I asked to speak to a human. The artificial intelligence cut me off. This has to be the absolutely worst service and I can completely understand why people use banking credit card machines because of the service Yoco is appalling.

I love my Yoco. I have 2 and it is so convenient to carry the small one (Yoco Go) in my handbag, ready to use any time.

Getting paid is now a breeze.

Love how I can access my Yoco history even when I’m not with my machine.

Excellent product

Very happy with the Yoco app and the user friendly experience. My only gripe is that there should be an option to immediately release the entire sales amount for the day and not restrict it to a figure.

Hi there Love the app but I’m trying to make instant payout when everything is in order .. I have more than R50 the app is updated and I’m not on a capital plan but it keeps saying the instant payout fee could not be retrieved , what do I do

Been using this a couple of years now. Just replaced Yoco Pro with Yoco Khumo because always have difficulties when guests are leaving and wish to settle. Regularly have to ask them to do EFTs because cannot connect to Yoco or something. Now cannot get the new one to work at all!! Connects by Bluetooth to my phone but I cannot get the Khumo as an option to use in the app. It is loaded and Bluetooth connected. WTAF!!!! And recently became aware of competitor but unfortunately had already ordered. Plus the saga of actually getting the machine. Beyond ridiculous. Took weeks and weeks. Tens of calls, many hours!!! I do not recommend the Yoco if you like a simple life!!
