Yoco: Run & Grow Your Business

I absolutely hate the new app upgrade. Can’t select products to sell. No cash selection when checking out. When you make a card sale everyone can see the amount you have. Too many buttons to just get through to make a sale. The previous app was so much better and user friendly. What a nightmare.

The product I bought is called a YOCO Khumo . This company doesn’t even have a call centre in which they can help they're customers use they're product . Therefore resulting in the customers frustration frustration with not being able to set up the card machine . To make matters worse they’re consultants are not very helpful . I have been trying my absolute best to try complete my business profile but it will not allow me to finish setting up my business profile.Finally would like to say that I will not recommend Yoco at all!

Bring back the old look and feel.

Not a fan of the new app. I now have to click 3 more buttons every single time I want to make a sale??? The old app would take me to the sale page immediately because obviously that’s what I use the app for. Or is this a way to force me to buy a machine I can’t afford?? This was obviously designed by developers and completely skipped the quality assessment phase to consider how merchants would use it. Where is the logic???

Good morning. To whom it may concern .. I have escalated a problem with the Yoco Support on three different occasions since last week, regarding my Yoco App on my IPhone, despite deleting and downloading another Yoco App the problem remains, the app opens then closes, making it impossible for me to use the Yoco machine and is causing a major inconvenience for my business and clients, I would appreciate it it the matter can be addressed swiftly. I have received a reference number from Yoco support which I used in earlier emails, however I have not received any response it’s very frustrating indeed ..

Tried opening the app after downloading, even restarted my phone , still doesn’t open

I recently updated the app to this new version and every time I try opening it, it doesn’t open at all. I was really happy with the version before it and everything was fine. Just fix whatever the problem is. Hopefully you see this as soon as possible

App crashes after the update. Cannot open it at all. This is a problem as I don’t have access to my backend so I have to go login online. The new Yoco POS app is working great but me as a business owner cannot access administrative stuff on this app for owners… please fix it?
