Too much time to order and most of medicine not available

Visa payment not supported

The application should support electronic payments for subscribers. Amazon, Jumia, and Noon are examples.

The worst company ever

I won’t recommend using those bad guys anymore they don’t have professional deals with the customers I spent whole day to order my prescription and they did a big mist with my insurance and my prescription rejected for good I won’t recommend them for anyone

Unreliable if you need urgent/important medication

Too slow, don’t care about your urgency for the medication. When they say order will take 3 hours, it means it will take t least 6, or maybe wait till next day.

The worst app ever

I asked for order 5:30 pm pending until 11 pm!! When i cancel it custom service call me to know why!!

Terrible customer service!

First order, realized that if will be delivered in 3 hours. Looked everywhere trying to reschedule to a later time during the day, not an option! So, I cancelled the order. They called me back asking who I cancelled. I explained the situation, they promised to contact the pharmacy to reschedule. Surprisingly, I receive a call from the the pharmacy delivery claiming that he’s knocking the door with no answer!! So, I returned to cancel the order … again! And they called me back again! Giving me the same promise again! Eventually, nothing was delivered! So, I walked in a pharmacy to get my medicine. They told me the insurance rejected cause it’s already dispatched!!!! So, I’m in touch with the 5th different agent who has no clue about any history of contact with me, providing me with the pharmacy address to go and collect it myself!!!! Seriously!!! Lovely service!!
