Medical test requested from them total 300 and by there mistake they wrote the name of the lab and when I called the lab I found out it’s in a very bad and far area from me and any test will be damaged and inaccurate if it’s taking that long to reach to to that destination.plus the prices for the lab is cheaper than what they charged me,I don’t recommend this people any more .

They took away the dr advertising to get deals if a office is having a special on something. Also it would be nice if it said a dr can speak English or not.

App not supporting Patients only putting any doctors and fake appointments this app helps doctors not patients

I booked an appointment through the app for a phone call with a doctor and have been waiting for the appointment for a week when the appointment time came i waited for a call and no one called 15mins later they said the call was cancelled, i ignored it and booked another appointment the same day 30 minutes after the cancellation occurred and waited for the call and to my surprise AGAIN the appointment was cancelled and i had no phone call. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional your doctors should know that they have an appointment and come on time and when cancellation occurs there has to be a reason and beforehand not during the time of the “session”. Never again

Booked an appointment with doctor through this app . Booking time was from 10 am to 11am. Came to the clinic and find out that I have to wait in long waiting list. My question is why should ppl boot though this app with time appointments if it not working

1- الغاءات كثيرة بدون سبب . ومكاتب الدكاترة يتصلون للحجز معهم وبشكل مباشر .. ويلغون حجز فيزيتا .. عالم تعبانة

Great app overall only thing I didn’t like was when searching for the doctor by name it shows all the doctors except the one you searched
