I’ve downloaded the app and found it difficult to follow. I’ve reached out to support for refund as they said 30 days money back guarantee and they said NO. You have to use the app at least 14 days and do the exercises and without seeing result. I did not like the app and they do not refund instead offering 1 year access which is ridiculus. Why do I want to have access to an app that I did not like!
I bought it online to try it out for a few days, they publicise one price and charge another. My account was deducted €69 and they didn't even ask me to change it, they sent me to renew the app without my permission. I managed to cancel today and I want to ask for a refund, due to so many negative reviews Apple should better analyse this company, this is misleading advertising and fraud
I'm trying to cancel the subscription, but it's not working with the step by step that you leave in the FAQ. I'm going to have to cancel my card, because I keep receiving billing attempts. I've already sent an email to your support and I hope it's resolved, because I don't want to continue using the app.
pay £25 for three month trail and then the shisters take £70 from your account even when you haven’t purchased it! STAY CLEAR!
I took out a discounted one month discounted subscription. On completion I cancelled same but I was offered an additional month of €1. My subscription was switched back to auto renewal and despite originally cancelling I was charged €34.95 . The company has refused to refund this although I contacted them immediately. They offered me free use of app for 12 months which I am not interested in, which I think you can get anyway. Just be wary of special offers here. Don’t be caught like me. PB
Downloaded the app for 2 days, deleted within the 7 day timeframe and they are still taking my money monthly! Customer service useless! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
After you download this app, it asks for all your personal details, then tells you it’s got your personal plan ready but then you have to pay for it. I think this is ridiculous, to use this app for home workouts it should be free!! It doesn’t even let you know at the start that you’ll need to pay for it!!!
I was considering using this and paid 6.93 for a weeks use. Today I’m charged 79 euro that I did not subscribe to. It came from my bank account thru apple wallet! I’ve emailed for immediate refund and received an out of office reply. Beware!!
I downloaded this app without looking at the previews I want to lose weight and be more fit for my own well being all the questions they ask you made you think you would get the app for free and that it will help you lose weight at the very end of the questions you can’t resume the app without paying it’s so bad that you need to pay money for everything even for at home lessons on your phone at least have a free Version or something !!!
App is good, but they will renew your subscription after a certain period automatically, even though, as on my case, I did not want it anymore. Read all lines on the contract. It’s unpleasant to open your bank account and discover it.
