Yoga-Go offers simple home-based yoga workouts that won't take up too much of your time. You can start a workout wherever you are and Yoga-Go workouts only take 7-30 minutes per session.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled but the current subscription will not be refunded.

Yoga-Go is one of those rare apps that actually properly shows the poses clearly, and the app works smoothly. At the end of each session you are asked if it was to easy/hard or perfect. With the emphasis on wall/menopause trainings, if there was one thing I could suggest, it would be a series to do when completely depleted. This can unfortunately often happen during menopause, and hinders training. So - on good days the levels are perfect, but on bad days, they are too much to even start. It would be nice with a series with e.g. no inverted poses for those days. Otherwise really perfect, and I would definitely recommend this app.

It is very good 🌟 You can choose your level and that is quite precise. I am loving the Tai chi, the voicing is great the exercises are beautiful. If you are dedicated is the perfect app. If you have physical limitations is also perfect instruction because adapts to your level.
Fake price, fake reductions, unwilling to give you your money back
It’s basically a scam, find a real business who actually has an honest business model.
App performs poorly
The subscription fee is hefty - and then the app performs so poorly… every time I want to enter an exercise there are minutes of loading time - thats not good enough.
Keeps requesting money
I quit my membership but They try to request money every single month. My bank has to reject it. What a scam!
Nonexistent body positivity

The first steps in the app are really offensive and designed to make you feel bad about yourself.
Why is the smallest body size before using the app “regular”? And the next “flappy”? Why do you even assume I want to alter my body? Why do you only have the possibility to set aims towards stereotypical ideal bodies?
Your adds on somatic training made me curious, but you scared me away within a few seconds by your narrow minded setup procedure.
Opkræver betaling uden ret
Har betalt for et prøveabonnement. Appen var ikke noget for mig, så vil ikke fortsætte og app står ikke som som aktiv hos Apple. Alligevel forsøger yoga-go nu for tredje gang at hæve penge på mit betalingskort - heldigvis forgæves. Henvendelse herom til support hos yoga-go bliver ikke besvaret.
Pas på prisen
Jeg troede at jeg købte en måned, men havde ikke et det med småt, og så bliver der bare trukket penge hver måned.
Skøn rutine
Jeg bruger YOGA-GO, som fast morgenrutine og har gjort det hver morgen i nu mere end et år. Mindre en 30 minutter og du får den bedst tænkelige start på dagen. Klar anbefaling herfra!!
