I have had this app easy about years 10 years I’m sure doing the classes on and off. Brilliant classes and you can choose to do strength, flexibility balance or combination. I must say when I do the classes regular tension between my shoulders blades is greatly reduced and I feel much better generally. If you are an older subscriber it’s brilliant value for money. I am glad I brought it way back then with all these new additions.
Having recently gained a lot of weight, and feeling so self-conscious, having this app has enabled me to return to yoga without the embarrassment of attending a crowded class with fit, thinner people.
Started doing yoga regularly two months ago using this app and I just absolutely love it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to begin a consistent practice. The videos are shot clearly and simply and the voiceover is really soothing. Thank you yoga studio :)
I’ve had the yoga studio app since it’s first free version and am still able to benefit from the simple free classes. I am now a very competent intermediate in my mid-fifties.
I have used this App every day for the last five years. Before starting to use it I had terrible back pain and hadn’t slept through the night for five years. I was too time poor to attend classes. The flexibility of being able to learn about and do Yoga very early in the morning has been wonderful. I no longer have back pain and sleep through the night now! Thank you
**UPDATE** Use an app, make it popular and this is the thanks loyal customers get, we have to pay an monthly subscription fee after already paying for the app. It is a good app, but has had little updates. Very disappointing.
Is very well done I use it everyday I would love them to uploaded more lesson though as after a while you’d do the same lesson all over again.. but still very good and easy
Been doing it for years excellent app
Every time I open the app I’m shown a pop-up to try to get me to subscribe, and then after I’ve dismissed that and gone to the Studio tab I’m shown another pop-up for something else. This happens every time I open the app. I’m surprised Apple doesn’t kick you out of the App Store for such user-hostile practices. STOP WITH THE POP-UPS!
