Unable to edit schedule

It shut off immediately after I clicked done or delete scheduled event.

It is run by one of the oldest Yoga organisation called Gaiam! It is running well as always, Cheers guys!

Horrible BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY REFUSE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND IGNORE ME.

I bought this app in 2016. It was wonderful then. Then Gaiam bought over the app and that is when everything started to go wrong. Up till November 2018, I was happily using Yoga Studio on my iPad 2 running iOS 9.3. Gaiam then made changes to the app and after that I couldn’t use it on my iPad anymore. I contacted customer service and guess what? I link the email below: From Customer Service (GAIAM.COM & SPRI.COM) Hi Dinesh, I apologize. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore any device using iOS 9.3.5, our developers have looked into this and were unable to do so without creating any more problems. If you have any other Apple device that is using a more recent ios version, you will still be able to use it on that as long as you are using the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the app. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you YSA Support They, despite them making changes, they couldn’t do anything to resolve my problem. A problem they engineered. Instead they politely just asked to buy another iOS device. Since then, they have ignored my emails, facebook posts, facebook messages, and twitter messages. Complete nothing from them on a problem they caused. Then they changed the minimum requirement to iOS 10, essentially locking me out and continued ignoring me. Now there is nothing I can do. This is outrageous. I was happily using this app until Gaiam came along, caused me a problem and just left it to me to solve their issue. Now I can no longer use the app, heck I can’t even download it and they just don’t care. This is not customer service. I was happy using this app that I paid. There were not problems. Gaiam caused me this problem and when they could not resolve it, they just dumped it on me and washed their hands off it. Ridiculous.
