Brilliant app
Loving this app, movements are well explained and clear. Also has instructions about correct breathing and more challenging pointers. I have been using this for about six weeks now and I can really feel and see a difference. Five stars.
Good introduction
This is a very good app to let you experience yoga. The videos and instructions are straightforward and set at the appropriate level. I would certainly recommend anyone new to yoga to try this before spending on subscriptions apps.
Ive enjoyed using it and happily reuse the same videos, practicing the methods and techniques.

I’ve found the videos are really well put together and so very varied. There is a brilliant range of people and styles you learn so many different aspects you would miss with only one style. The categories and stage ratings are very helpful with choosing a video for the day.
Loving it!
I’m a beginner, I’m disabled and don’t have the confidence to attend classes. This wonderful app solves those issues for me. More beginner videos would be great and better continuity with the videos and movements would be helpful. That being said I’m really happy especially because this version is free and I honestly couldn’t afford to pay! Thanks so much! When I’m feeling stressed and ugly I take out my mat and cry whilst moving very slowly through the asanas. Namaste 🙏
Newbie oldie but happy..
I’m a stiff, old seized up beginner….
And I have found this to be a marvellous experience of starting to loosen up. The episodes have just the right amount of time and required effort, and above all the explanation of how to attain each pose is exemplary. I’m so glad I found this, and thank you so much for making it accessible.

Absolutely love this app. I’m cabin crew and am away all the time. So it’s just perfect for me because I can do it all over the world just in my hotel room. It’s the best thing I’ve discovered in ages!
Moderate/Intermediate
I don’t believe this to be a beginners session. If May be if you already practice yoga and understand the terminology and have an idea of the moves but not for someone who has never practiced before.

I am a complete beginner to yoga and this app has been amazing to get me motivated and learn this life skill.
