For employees:
Whether you pay with our Yokoy Business Prepaid Mastercard, your company credit card or cash, just take a picture of the receipt (or upload it) and your expense report is automatically done by our Artificial Intelligence module. We even show you policy breaches and compliance issues detected by the AI module in real time. All of this takes less than 5 seconds!
For managers:
You receive all expense claims, which need to be approved, with an easy-to-read compliance summary in which you see all policy breaches, fraud potential, and compliance issues. This allows you to complete your review in 3 seconds.
For Finance & Accounting teams:
All approved expenses (privately paid and paid with a company credit card) get to the Finance- and Accounting team for the last review before the data are either downloaded or sent to the company's ERP system for booking (accounting) and payout. The Finance team doesn't even have to enter the VAT data - all VAT rates and amounts are automatically read out by our module. Each expense can be reviewed by the Finance team in less than 3 seconds.
Yokoy is built for complex setups and thereby supports multi-legal entities, multi-currency and rank-specific policies.

Obviously this is a b2b service and you need a contract for it. But it saves a lot of time and mainly money for the company!
New standards in Expenses
Never before submitting expenses was that easy. For years I was wondering why all processes and tools where still requiring so much manual effort especially since this always took quite some valuable work time from me every month. With Yokoy submitting/handling my expenses has become a matter of seconds. Highly recommend to try out this app.
Einfach und intuitiv
Ich nutze die App seit einem Jahr und kann nichts negatives berichten. Die App funktioniert einwandfrei und es gibt regelmäßige Neuerungen, lediglich eine Internetverbindung wird benötigt um sie zu nutzen. Als Reisender weiß ich die Intuivität sehr zu schätzen. Um eine Reise anzulegen, muss ich nur noch Abfahrtszeit und Ort sowie Ankunftszeit und Ort eingeben, alles andere erledigt die App für mich und berechnet direkt automatisch die Pauschalen. Sehr praktisch, denn das funktioniert sogar im europäischen Ausland.
Super intuitive!
Super intuitive app, doing my an travel expenses was never so easy for me!! Submitting expenses was the most dreadful thing to do during my week when I travel, but now it’s really done on the go. Especially when traveling to different time zones it’s so easy to stay compliant with lump sums and mileage!
