Alles in ene geblokkeerd kan geen geld meer overmaken en ook geen debitcard aanvragen maar geld erop storten was geen probleem. Fijn hè vlak voor de kerst niet bij je geld kunnen! Telefoonnummer en e-mail wijzigen is ook heel lastig en gaat via Dropbox klantenservice word je ook zo door afgescheept en ze praten geen Nederlands

Transaction history is not showing in the right order, making it mixed up and difficult to read. Some transactions appears today and disappears tomorrows further making things complex. My balance keeps going down, I try to read the my transaction history but there’s no consistency in how it’s displayed. Why am I losing money?

i wouldn’t be using this if it wasn’t required by some organisations i’m dealing with. absolute waste of time, useless.
A horrible joke
Because of my living conditions i have no other choice but to use this. It logs out of the app anytime it desires. The process of logging in is harder than beating german wwII soliders. Half of the functions is only for websites version. If someone transfers money to you, kiss it goodbye cuz u won’t see it in a while. No apple pay. It’s literally chaos. I hope you fix this because at the moment it’s more of a annoying prank than a Bank.

The app is poorly designed and the UI in outdated and looking from the 2000s, but it's all acceptable if it just had apple pay, why do we have to carry the card everywhere! It's 2024!!!! I will one star review the app every update and ask everyone to do so until you bring this simple feature!
