If you are doing something and your safe (this app) os the way of getting your payment then DONT DO IT. This app is the most useless app that I have tried ever. You cannot even verify your identity even with all the legal and right supporting documents. Dont waste your time using this app. This should be turn down.

Support does not even help! It took me a month to verify my account. It took me more than a month to re-link my device! Support team really do not know what they are doing!

Everything about it is poor!!!! It keeps loading and denying your access! It is a waste of time!

Very poor app, i cant verify my account. Because i only have Postal ID from philippines. I hope you will accept more valid IDs from philippines

Everything is poor. They have poor app, poor website and poor system. I will not recommend it. You are just going to risk your money here. They have a very incovenient system. They also have expensive charges when you are going to use it internationally. I shouldn't have given it a star, but I don't have a choice but to give them at least one.

Let me tell you one by one about what I have experienced with Bitsafe. 1. It will take you like forever to verify your account. 2. Transaction fees are crazy 3. Their CSR are not aware about what Bitsafe is. They said they are no Bitsafe they are Verotel. Is this even legit or scam?

Alles in ene geblokkeerd kan geen geld meer overmaken en ook geen debitcard aanvragen maar geld erop storten was geen probleem. Fijn hè vlak voor de kerst niet bij je geld kunnen! Telefoonnummer en e-mail wijzigen is ook heel lastig en gaat via Dropbox klantenservice word je ook zo door afgescheept en ze praten geen Nederlands
