Every day the app stuck. I have to log in again and again. Also would be great to see what I ate last day, as I’m eating same food and don’t remember calories. But I like the idea of this app. It’s really helpful for everyday healthy lifestyle.
I’ve only recently gotten Youth and I’m already starting to see results
the only reason i rate this a one star is because it’s not free! i’ve downloaded atleast 10 apps similar to this as i want to perfect my body and face etc. however not everyone has money to spend on apps or to go gym.
I would say everything on here is pretty basic if you’re an experienced facial exerciser and keen on fitness in general. I don’t feel I’ve discovered anything new here and I’ve so far delved into the facial and back pain programs, the latter is what’s turned me off the most , I feel like these exercises are aimed at pensioners or perhaps the very overweight as they are so minimal in effort that they’re completely unreflective for myself. There’s also some minor glitches in the repetitions and counting times for the facial programs and as of today I can’t even get the app to open and I’ve paid for a years subscription

Every time I click on the food tab the screen briefly shows the food plans then closes completely. Does not seem to do this on the exercise tab. Extremely frustrating!!
Very disappointed, paid for the full year subscription and the exercises I want to do don’t work after few days. There is no refund and no one to solve the issue, please don’t take this app it’s a waste of money.
For the first few days I thought this was a good app and value for money. The only issue I had was that I would recommend putting in a beep to signal the end of an exercise. Then on day 3 the get started button stopped appearing on my programme of exercises. I can still see the exercises but the timer was convenient and one of the reasons I chose this app. After a promising start I am very disappointed. They take your money and then there is no way to contact them when things go wrong.
Use it to deal with my postpartum body issues. Love the results.
