Useless, time consuming. Deleting as we speak.

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t allow me to verify my mobile

Did not work

Tried for over an hour, with two different ID documents. Scans were accepted at first by the phone, but ultimately rejected each time without telling me what the problem was.

No UX testing

This product clearly has not been tested by professional user experience researchers. The user flows are completely flawed and unhelpful and leave you without any idea of what is happening and no way to reset or restart the process. I don’t know how this happens but I suspect the culprit is a product management team who aren’t testing properly. The app is also plagued by the same dreadful document scanning feature that made the previous app so unusable. Why does this keep happening? The French state needs to stop outsourcing app development to external suppliers who have no talent.

Why does this exist?

I understand the need for identification, but they’ve made this app unnecessary complicated and don’t seem to have even gotten the basics right. I just want to be able to identify myself, I don’t need a randomised numberpad or unnecessarily complicated scanning process (that doesn’t recognised the document, and provides vague instructions). Would also be nice if it didn’t advertise itself as ‘taking 5min’ when I’ve been waiting for over 3hrs.

ID scan doesn’t work

The instructions for the ID scan are poor & there is no guidance so I don’t know what’s wrong. The tutorial doesn’t work.

Where should we start ? Is this from a tech company ?

1- only a form to be able to contact them. The form doesn’t work. No chat no email no phone number. Customer service = 0 2- the app ? Multiple bugs, e-mail verification doesn’t work, basic aml and kyc SaaS work 10 times better 3- the technology ? Inexistant Don’t use this app it’s useless

Does not work/Ne fonctionne pas

NFC reading of passport fails on multiple Apple phones. Poor documentation. When something goes wrong it does not tell the user the cause so it’s not possible to know how to solve an issue.

So bad

2 hours to get your Id verified! This is so bad it is unbelievable 5 min they said! And I can assure you my ID were well lit, well placed etc
