Application donnant espoir aux Français, y compris ceux ne résidant plus en France, de pouvoir accéder au peu de services en ligne disponibles, en s’authentifiant avec France Connect.
Espoir déçu, cela ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur 100.
C’est une honte pour les personnes en situation d’handicap ou celles qui n’ont pas le temps de passer une journée dans les administrations françaises pour obtenir un document.
Numériquement parlant, la France et au Moyen-Âge tandis que la Belgique est dans le futur avec ses innombrables sites mis à la disposition des citoyens et son application « itsme » pour s’authentifier.
App a eviter
Support casi inexistant; delais de 1 mois avec reponses sans comprehension des problemes.

Application très mal gérée. Impossible de ce connecter. Je contacte le service support plusieurs fois. Aucune solution.
Impossible de lancer l’appli
L’appli se lance et reste sur l’écran d’accueil avec le logo. iPhone XR. Désinstallation et réinstallation plusieurs fois. Rien ne change. Que faire ?
Avis
Application extrêmement décevante, ne fonctionne jamais avec passeport, carte d’identité : que ce soit en prenant 15 photos, avec toutes les luminosités en lisant la puce NFC… il fait croire que le logiciel est obsolète.
Je mettrai 1/5 dans l’espoir qu’ils améliorent l’application sinon 0/5.
