To end your ride, park the bike at a Yulu zone, lock it and hit “End Ride” on the app
Yulu doesn’t require a driver’s license but, we strongly recommend abiding by all traffic laws!

Terrible Experience with YULU – Never Again
I booked a one-hour plan for ₹200, but the plan expired mid-ride, and they withheld my ₹500 security deposit. To save it, I had to put the YULU bike on auto, which cost me an additional ₹150. Including these charges, the total cost for a 1-hour 15-minute ride came to ₹650! On top of this, I had to manually load the bike onto a rickshaw to return it to their location. Their rigid policies and unfair practices make it a nightmare to use. Save your money, avoid the stress—don’t use YULU!
Good initiative worst outcome
Took a Yulu ride today but it stopped working in between tried reaching out to customer care multiple times no reply . When I tried to push it back to the nearest Yulu center the vehicle won’t move . Without even canceling the ride . They charged Rs 110 for cancelled ride .Such bad experience

Please let us use the map to plan ahead. Sometimes I may want to look at the availability of bikes at a location I plan to be tomorrow. But the way the app uses the map, I can only look at vehicles at my current location and does not give me the option to scroll away.
Worst customer care service
These guys will end the ride on its own outside the yulu parking area and charge penalty money. Then when you contact customer care they will just end the chat without listening to customer’s issue, then what is the use of customer care. Pathetic app.
Overcharging
Trash app stupid service.. Charging extra for nothing it is showing in the app that I’ve got a penalty for withdrawing the security deposit twice first of all how the hell u gave me my deposit money twice without me asking for it I’ve already submitted my bank statement there is mo response from yulu
Wrong Charges with no violation of rules
This is my kind request to all the user who want to use this app and ride a bike that please don’t install it, as i installed this app they take ₹500 as initial amount for usage and after paying and using this i did stopped the bike in yulu point and they have raised a penalty of ₹200 for no reason!! I did parked on the yulu point and i did not violated any rules as they specified but also they are cheating people telling GLOBAL PENALTY and charging ₹200 for that. thats not fare!! I wont use this bike and app and please read this before you ride the bike and install the app Yulu, stop cheating people!
Kyc
Yulu’s kyc procedure is so pathetic, employee there leave before time and there no other online kyc service so that we can available the Yulu service. I have my money stuck in the app which cannot be withdrawn now
