Poor customer support
I have being trying to chat with someone through app. The app crashes every time i am connected with someone after wasting 30 mins and more than 5 attempts i am still trying to reach someone. Poor response

Make a payment option never works. I have to delete the app and re install everytime I want to make a payment. Will be leaving Yuno Energy when my contract is up over this. Not that hard to have an app work properly especially when your whole service works through it.
Has to be some of the most complicated billing system ever. When I eventually get through to someone they don’t understand it either. Avoid. Can’t get anyone on phone.
I have spent the last two days trying to get the payment section to work for me. All I keep getting are messages telling me that the payment section isn’t working and to try again later. Well two days later and I’m still trying. I have lost count of the amount of times I have logged out of the app and deleted it(as suggested) only for the same problem to return when I restart the app again. I’m very disappointed with the app at this point and no one seems to have any idea how to fix it????
The App is very good in all terms except while making payments. I have to re-install the app every month while paying the bill which is very frustrating. This needs to be looked in ASAP
It tells you your daily usage every day and predicts your next payment. How can that prediction be out 10% for the month on the final day? I mean it knows all but one day of usage.
This App constantly has errors where you can’t see your bill! I wonder why The answer they give you is delete th app and reinstall! Crazy. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend YUNO as the App should be seamless. It’s a complete pain.
I’ve struggled so much with this app. Nothing works perfectly. I have to uninstall app several times in order to make payment . There’s always glitches
Would not recommend at all. You have to uninstall the app and reinstall it every time you want to make a payment or add credit to your account. Very frustrating, is it that difficult to fix this? Predicted usage is nowhere near accurate. I was assured I would save money by moving to Yuno but I seem to be paying way more. I will be switching as soon as possible.
Recently changed over and thought there would be considerable differences from previous provider but very little Advance payment is annoying every month, forecast and prediction ways off. Every day I log in cost increases daily I can’t credit my account without deleting app and restalling it again Now app seems be bugged as frozen on same page even after numerous times deleting it and reinstalling it again 2 months in and more than likely will pay cancellation fee soon if things don’t drastically improve and I’ll find a more reliable provider Very poor company, app not fit for purpose
