لو يحلون مشكلة ضعف الابراج وعددها القليل

شركة جبارة وخدماتها رائعة لكن لو بس يفكرون في تجربة العميل مع الشبكة ومشاكل الابراج بيصيرون التوب في السعودية

Visitor Packages!

For anyone visiting Saudi Arabia and having a hard time getting an e-sim to add to your iPhone as a second line, as far as I know these guys are the only provider that has visitor packages. It took almost a week of juggling SIM cards from other providers before we finally found the Zain visitor packages and got proper data and both our home and Saudi lines running on all our phones You can get an e-sim setup and running with voice and data and in 5mins. All you need is your e-visa and passport number. Screenshots and pdfs are usually ok, but they may ask to see your original passport, so try to bring that too. Go to the main office in Jeddah, not the smaller offices, as of Sept 2022, they all have problems with authenticating e-visas in order to issue you an e-sim, ask for the main one.

I have created my account online. When I use the app, I can’t login claiming that the user name does not exist or password does not match.

Sadad olp

Good app in general but needs more enhancements. Sadad OLP option for recharging the balance not working for almost 2 weeks.

Cannot login

Says password should not be empty while all the spaces are filled
