Worst E-Commerce for User Experience
Seller asked to cancel the order, there was no immediate cancellation button so I had to reach out to the Customer Service. Three days later still no refund. Only an email saying they will do it blablabla but no continuation of the problem. They don’t even have a call center only a lousy email that they never answer. Other e-commerce can cancel with a click of a button and the money immediately gets reimbursed. Zalora is ridiculous.
